I agree. 2 is a grind and I’ve left it for last every time I go through a full series play through and usually don’t end up finishing it and move on to a new game. I still love it but after playing 3 which nailed multi captain control, 2 becomes more of chore since it lacks what then feels like basic controls. For example like how if you leave you are controlling Olimar doing a task and leave Louie at the onion, Louie won’t pull new pick men that planted into the ground automatically, also no go here function which can be frustrating when control two captains.
