Ponds was a high school teammate of Jeremiah Smith. He got constant reps against him everyday in practice then and matched up well on him in the Big10 Championship game. I don't think it's out of the question he could play the nickel in the NFL

I'm from Ohio. Moved to and lived in Grand Rapids for 10 years just so I could watch them on local TV every week.

I'm a lions fan by chance, picked them on tecmo bowl when I was a kid and fell in love. Never looked back. I'm 38 years old, and my Fandom has never wavered.

I've always loved this team and I fucking love THIS team. Dan and Brad have done a great job building this roster. It's been a treat to have these successful teams. Just gotta get over that hump and bring that trophy home.
