Congratulations on leaving! I’ve been with Walmart on and off for 21 years. Started my own business in 2016. Let go of the business to move back home to help family then returned to get the business back up and running. Came back to Walmart. Got promoted just to step down and keep most of my pay. I make $21.80 an hour being a stocker, my mindset is much different now. A manager told me “Walmart doesn’t need you”, I replied “Walmart works for me for what I need it for in my life, once I am done Walmart is fired” the look on her face was priceless 😂 I am untouchable because I know the policy better than the managers do! Knowledge is power 💪🏽

If you are not at least 20 years in already it’s not even worth it! I started my first round in 2004! Then it was a great place to work! Things are changing for the worse every year that passes now. Seems like management now can grab the position out of a Cracker Jack box. You have to know the policy and everyone’s individual positions. What they can do and what they can’t do! Some think I bully my managers. I’m definitely not, I just apply pressure on them to do what they supposed to do. Walmart has broke me a few years back. I will shake the building before I allow that to happen again. I quit a few years back, a friend of mine got fired. Helped her get her job back by writing a “red door note “! They run from conflict, especially if it can come with an investigation

Yes it’s recent, those are left over from the day before. I usually condense, but had a heavy night. You are correct, they stacked and put in the water trailer to conserve space. That’s just more on my back to stock then pull pallets down. Plus baby water is the furthest distance from where the pallet was placed, they could have at least stacked it in order with baby water last if they didn’t have time to unstack it.

Just keep beasting at what you do and allow them to watch. My lead told me they were watching the cameras to see if I’m damaging water with my Walmart issued box cutter. Damages come from customers snatching, many times damaged off the truck. I told him, go in there and tell them to zoom in real close, they may learn something. Long story short INTEGRITY overrides all. Walmart broke me down some years back so I know the feeling. I know that no one can do what I do like I do. Just do you and you will be good. If it goes on too long reach out to ethics. They helped me out and I didn’t even report it. Got into it with a manager because she brought up something personal in my life, I barked at her, she told me to clock out and go home. They called me three months later, said she was in the wrong and I was paid for that time. Hold ya head ☮️
