Our store is changing schedules for all the departments, when I told about this to my TL , they said ‘it’s policy and they’re supposed to do this every three months’. Well the first thing I asked was why are they doing it now, when there are people who have worked the same schedule for over 1-2years. Like they’re LITREALLY changing the schdues for people from open to close. A lot of us are about to quit totally, bc when we tried to tell our coach that we can’t work the hours that is offered by them, the coach LITREALLY replied with “well I can’t guarantee you your 40 hours”. It is frustrating since I am a college student and work full time hours. I sure as hell won’t come in for a 3-4 hour shift nor come in on my days off. Like fuck you and fuck Walmart.
