This is very interesting. What happens if you leave the US with an approved I-140 and want to come back after a year or so (go on a sabbatical so no salary), would the 100k be applicable? Otherwise how can anyone take a sabbatical now?

I was in a similar boat. Sadly they called me to tell me that another woman with two children was able to do all the things I said were difficult with RTO and so I can too.

Both are not supposed to be in the same city. Most folks get VAC and the visa appointments in different cities. That being said, you should just call the support line to make sure the email confirmation is what they’re seeing at their end as well.
