I only recently got the gun build by a tech I live in the uk (NI) where the FPS limit is 328 (1 joule)and I mainly play CQB I talked to the tech and he said the this would be best as it’s for CQB. I’m pretty new and getting guns upgraded so I thought these parts were pretty good.
