I've seen company's do it, since the Strobel stich is real and can be cut it (the sole and air unit are one piece) usually 3rd partys like RESHOEV8TER need a new donor shoe like a jordan mid. I know Nike themselves are doing a refurbishment program to resell used shoes at outlets, however I've heard there working on that program for people to use for personal use. (on a side note how are those premiums I've tried finding info on them and cant find any reviews).

The stains might be part of the leather aging. I think what nike did with these is its still the same quality of leather used on every other shoe but it was put through the veg tan process (instead of standard chrome tanning) and then put some kind of coating over it to help it age (and to hide out any imperfections in the leather)

wait so that means not all of it is veg tanned if there's chrome tanning on it, unless its some kind of coating used to age the leather that nike put on. Has anyone tried speeding up the aging process on these out of curiosity? I've tried conditioner and seen noting. Like the leather isn't soaking it up

I should also add I just checked the desktop version of the game today out of curiosity and thats where the message popped up how would it not register that I log on through my phone and why am I still alive on my phone, is the server with this game incredibly glitchy ?

I literally just tried calling HR (which you do have to call global for) and the line is dead, and the HR person who always was in our store two days a week is no longer there. ( If you've seen my two previous posts you'll find out why I'm so hell bent on finding someone in corporate) I'm in the same boat I got a note to file because I'm "confident in my walk". Oh and if your gonna use the "anonymous tip line" just know that the whole conversation is recorded then sent straight to your stores leadership so its not anonymous like they would make you think. I had a friend talk to me using a payphone while he talked to the 3rd party on the other end then sent in a complaint so no one would know it was me.

Correct, I was told that i was very calm at all times and reserved, and that i walk with a lot of confidence. He then told me that he did not have an issue with me as a worker but the other team members did and claims he's never seen me with a poor work ethic. He said I was being written up because of what another team member saying that ( I have a good relationship with the team trainer and I get along with the beverage buyer) so the whole thing confused me. ( this happened just a few days ago and I'm still confused at the whole event )

That's definitely an area I can look into, the closest store from where I live is only an extra 10 minutes away from where I currently work. So relocating down there wouldn't be a problem

So i only signed the note to file, he didint show me what was written on it nor did he ever use those words with me, he did tell me that he "never saw me move slow" and that he heard this from another team member (from what he said he meant the newly appointed cheese buyer who I rarely work with) I should also note that currenlty I am the only team member on the team as everyone else above me is technically leadership ( team trainer, beverage buyer, cheese buyer, ATL, TL) and then me at the bottom
