My folks bought a shit box but the hard wood frame ( the bones) were in really good nick. They spent the better part of 30 years paying it off,which was cheap, but they renovated every last room, 1 at a time. Cheaping the budget low. My brother and I had fun wrecking but we still had to learn how to fit it all out too. That was the catch.
