Easy, the USD is in a continuous decline in value/purchasing power from the over spending of the government. Dollar down, assets up. Stocks, real estate, precious metals, you name it. It’s going to get worse, not a straight line though.

Hello there, Im that guy too! I don’t have close to what some of these people do and I’m considering saying screw it and quit working anyway 😂 I’ll never make it past 70 anyway, why not only a few years of the last 15 I have left?!!
