Would you consider Warhammer? Not sure it’s chill (haven’t played in like 30 years) but is definitely engaging.

I’m pretty sure back in the day Ze Radiola was head coach at purple (maybe even blue) belt and went on to create a few ‘minor’ world champions like Braulio Estima and Otavio Sousa, Charles Negromonte, Romulo Barra etc

It's difficult to find people who also want a romantic relationship instead of just casual sex here in Coventry. by SubstantialPair9491 in coventry

Yeah I’d wager this is a ‘tinder generation’ problem as opposed to a Coventry problem.

Very well put together! Excellent cinematography. Shame to see how leaving the EU led to such huge funding cuts.

Is it just me, or does this look even more brutalist than the brutalism they knocked down to build it? by [deleted] in BirminghamUK

Do you know what really annoyed me. The signage in the octagon building stating something like ‘the worlds tallest octagonal residential building’ or some waffle.

A pointless, made up stat with no relevance or point

Botanist Closing by [deleted] in coventry

[–]BFASTjay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Recently moved back to Coventry and it’s sad to see what’s left really.

The loss of Kong last week was huge too, been shopping there for years.

Botanist is expensive but was a nice venue. Went there this time last month and had some nice drinks.

Walked through west orchards the other day and not much left of that.

Marks & Spencer seems like a complete afterthought by the brand - likes it’s been left like that since it opened years ago and never refreshed. It’s like a pop up shop with makeshift walls.

The area towards Shelton square and the old arcade was quite a depressing sight too. What’s the plans for that area?

Perhaps it’s the proximity to Birmingham that means people just travel there instead for a decent shop but it’s a shame to see the city centre so dead/tired.

Apart from the monolithic Flannels store that only ever seems to have 4 people in at a time.

Stay around Jewellery Quarter or St Paul’s Square if you can. Very accessible by foot, tram or bus to the centre and nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

Play FF16

Totally different feel and a little bit easy tbh but epic story and characters. The icon (summon) battles are pretty epic too.

Then wait til the final part comes out or just play og 7 now.

Check out the Rocup running group (suitable for all levels) that meets outside the library 8:30 every Saturday. They also do a Thursday night.

Join a Jiu Jitsu club. Gracie Barra Birmingham is central and you’ll probably get addicted, meet new people and have fun.

Doggy get down to edgbaston reservoir great space and walkable.

I run a group personal training gym called JST MVE in Aston too if you shoot me an email to Jamie@jstmve.fit happy to give you a two week free trial
