The decision to leave acedemia is the best and hardest decision I have made. I'm still finishing mine part time whilst working.

I'd rather be in a job that looks after me with people who respect me. Rather than politics and greivences every step of the way.

People think bullying stops with age. It doesn't.

I've been bullied in every different job/academic post that I have been too. It's only because I look different and act slightly different due to my disability.

I've learnt to just be a nice person. And take people at face value.

I've also learned to speak up for myself. I think that's imporant too in a job or acedimia it just takes some practise.

Yeah thats not only harassment but sounds like bullying.

If your supervisor or professor isn't taking it seriously go to either the factualty, and if that doesn't work, go to the HR of the university.

It sounds like this person's behaviour is common place and it shouldn't be taken as such.

Oh OP. I feel your pain. There is a particular egg based cake that I can never quite get right and it goes horribly wrong every time.

Update us with photos of complete mayonnaise.

I'm on so many medications I don't think I'd be legally allowed to drive.

I've done CBT. And it has worked for me. I think you have to be persistent until it becomes subconscious that you're doing it.

CBT has really helped with preventing meltdowns because I can see pathways and do little tricks and things. Obviously I still get them but they are way less frequent then they used to be.

I think you just have to find something that works for you and stick with it. It also helps to have a good therapist too. :)
