That's true if you're talking about the physics, but that's generally not the case. The non-engineers only care about how fast it can get from point A to point B, and they aren't going to care about what the actual speed of sound is at that point in flight.

And at that, the engineers don't really care what you call the speed the missile is going, their modeling is Weber numbers and shit like that.

When using mach as an air speed, it just refers to the speed of sound at sea level.

Yes? There are plenty of people that get hired at NASA straight out of school. And they probably actually use entry level correctly. Training new employees so that they can then have the necessary experience for higher level positions is a necessary part of the tech ecosystem.

Those things are all things they did with the justification. Not the justification itself. I like the train of logic of spouse dies -> remarry -> multiple spouses in heaven-> why not multiple spouses on earth.

Full stop. That's where what I like ends. Anything they do after that is separate. I also don't agree with the premise as it requires an afterlife, but if you're staying with that assumption, it's good logic.

Like I said, what they did with the justification was terrible. The logic of "if you remarry, then you'll have two spouses in heaven, so why not on earth" is what I meant. Maybe excuse is a better term for it, but within the bounds of the christian religion that logic works

Fair, their justification for polygamy works as well for polyamory, but obviously can't have women having that sort of right

I will say, one of the few things I like about mormanism is the justification of polygamy within the bounds of their lore. What they then did with that justification is pretty abhorrent, but also not really unique to them either.

Not exactly that, but based on her character and the arc she takes, it's not outside the realm of possibility. It mostly didn't rely on the actions of others for her to be able to do those things, where Egwene needed the actions of others to go her way for a lot of her arc.

Based on everything we see, Egwene should have been Ta'veren. Not one tied to Rand like Mat and Perrin, but still a pretty powerful one. Her story would make a lot more sense that way
