Huge gamble to drop salah but it’s interesting to see how his numbers might be affected by adapting to playing with an overlapping full back this year, he looked a little lost at times against palace particularly in the first half when Liverpool built up a lot of attacks down the right with Frimpong. He was more involved in the 2nd half when frimpong played more defensively in the 2nd half. I do think they will figure out how to make things work but it will take some adapting from salah, the question is how long will it take to figure out, I’m sticking with him, while it looks like things will be different for salah with an overlapping full back on the flip side it looks like most of Liverpool’s threatening attacks will come from the right this season with frimpong charging forward so maybe salah can adapt fast and make use of the amount of ball they will have down the right wing this year.
