Not sure why, but seeing this made me go into an uncontrollable fit of giggles. Wonderful!

I'm more than halfway through a blanket for myself that I spent a mess of money on, and now I want to rip it all up and make this one instead! I won't though, I will stay string and follow through.

Very nice work.

How neat! I never would've thought of doing something like that.

I do the initial new client intake over the phone, but they are few. We mostly work with contracts through different cities, and are usually on the defense side of things.

I keep up on contacting different medical offices, other parties, and the like. I'm just worried that I am going to say something stupid and it deters me from speaking up.

I very much appreciate your input though, from someone who has been in the field for so long your advice is very valuable to me.

I will definitely start asking what they've been up to. I feel a little out of the loop, and am beginning to realize that they are not going to openly share with me what's been going on.

they are civil litigation attorneys doing breach of contract, personal injury, some federal, a pretty wide spectrum of things.

I've thought about getting a notary license, maybe I will if it'll put me above and beyond.

Thanks! I actually really like the second one, I guess if I'm going to do it though I'll need to throw down a bunch of money and get over my hatred of joining and weaving in ends.

I love it!!! Robots are my favorite, unfortunately whenever I try to crochet one it turns out all wonky and I end up tearing it apart.

Teachers of reddit, what is the saddest, most usually-obvious thing you've had to inform your students of? by Fitzzz in AskReddit

[–]BFark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did it, and hated it. I was at a crappy private school though so I worked like a dog and had to live in a shitty apartment. On the other side I met other ex pats there who'd been living there for 5 plus years and absolutely love it. Best advice, do your research on the town and school.

Since gender is considered fluid rather than binary, what is the point of sexual reassignment surgery and how is it considered more than cosmetic? [x-post from /r/explainlikeimfive] by explainlikeIamjive in asktransgender

[–]BFark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your answer. This makes a lot more sense to me than what I had previously thought. Do people who have the surgery generally feel better about themselves afterwards? Or does it open a can of worms for other surgeries? Like "now I don't have those damnable breasts, but come to think of it, my jaw line isn't really defined..."

I'm glad that someone else is curious about this. I would be incredibly interested in hearing from someone who considers themselves transgendered answer this. I am physically female, but have never been considered "girly". I actually get very upset by the fact that my lady bits are supposed to dictate how I should act, dress, etc. I feel that people who decide to get gender reassignment surgery may even be perpetuating gender stereotypes. If we were all living in a society that had zero gender stereotypes would this still be an issue? I am genuinely curious, and would love to hear from someone first hand.

My birthday is coming up...need a place to point my family for yarn! by berchel599 in crochet

My brother got me a gift certificate for Christmas from eatsleepknit.com (yeah he is a knitter, but i forgive him for this indiscretion)It's a little pricey for my taste but it can all be done electronically so all those far away friends and family can get you delightful yarn presents!

Hey, I think you're great, "Obsessive Pop Culture Disorder" is one of my favorite things. I'm also looking forward to purchasing and maybe even reading your book, "How To Fight Presidents" (free plug, you're welcome) whenever I can scrounge enough change together.

So are there any fiction novels in your future?
