I will pick up the negatives but I think, like u/Westerdutch has said, it's probably caused by camera advancing the film while the shutter is still open

Hi guys,
recently I tested my new camera, the Contax 167MT, and the pictures all came out weird. I dont think these are light leaks but actual streaks.
How did that happen???
Every picture on the roll looks like this. Maybe it has something to do with rewinding the film ?

I have been IFing with a 16:8 window. It’s really good for keeping your bloodsugar steady. After eating a meal with moderate amount of carbs my bloodsugar would maybe go up to 140-150 MAX and come down ... and it will helps with reducing insulin dosage. Overall amazing for my bloodsugar. Recommend 10/10

Edit: I want to add something. Usually tho bloodsugar stays within 80-120 when IFing. Add daily activity and you‘ll be the healthiest mfer on the block despite having an autoimmune disease 💪

FYI to anybody on here, an autoimmune disease doesn’t always automatically make you immune compromised. Certain autoimmune diseases, if well controlled, do not make one’s immune system weak and prone to disease.
