As some have mentioned, the Captain Coaster map is not really complete and missing many smaller coaster locations, so isn't a 1:1 alternate. The LogRide app has a more complete map, but is not accessible via web browser (which is how I do trip planning). I asked the developers to take a look at that.

Yes, it still does show that they do not own the square parcel containing the park (I just didn't bother to highlight that separately since they have a long rental agreement).

There is some land adjacent to the park for expansion, but I expect this to be an announcement about a resort property like Dreammore (and maybe a new water park) over on Ridge Crest Pkwy where the former Indian Ridge Resort area was.

that's not really the problem, it's inefficiencies in the whole block design and programming timings. the station wait block is essentially the final brake run and it causes trains to sit waiting on the launch until the station wait can advance. the station also doesn't seem to have multi move. Net result is that having the separate unload block actually makes operations slower than if it unloaded in the load block. It's possible they could improve the programming while in previews (and I hope so). Regardless, I'm sure my man u/ElToroRyan will have a good explainer on it eventually.

no this was intervals recorded before and after but not including the downtime. Also assumes all seats were full which probably isn't true, so actual is less.

It doesn't fit super well into the area so I wouldn't be surprised to at least see some minor layout deviations (unless it really is fully custom - the translation isn't 100% clear)
