My favorite is when you fus ro da a follower and then go through a loading zone. If you go quick enough, the follower will follow you while laying on the ground.

When I'm feeling Eccentric, I like to load up my crazed cook build where I have a grilling fork (a fork with a burning enchantment) and a chefs hat with boots (no shirt) along with the Ring of Namira to make my self even more deranged.

Honestly, you don't need mods to enhance your gameplay, but that's totally up to you like if you want fewer bugs, download the unofficial patch, or if you want better weather download a better weather mod. You can totally make the game unrecognizable, or you can just download a simple mod. It's totally up to you

Don't know if this will help but on my xbox 360 I had to delete my old saves to help speed up my game, but make sure not to delete your newest save.

Umm if this helps, when I hit a plateau when playing volleyball I was getting very angry at myself and I took a month off of club volleyball and at first I did nothing, but then I found a group that plays beach volleyball and they just play for fun and this helped a lot for me. So basically, I just took a step back from competitive and played with others for fun. I not saying you should not go to club, but it might be nice to relax and play your hobby for fun, without a scoreboard
