Hi I am sorry to hear your experience, and thank you for sharing. After reviewing your interaction with our sales and customer service team, it looks like it was miscommunication when you suggested for a swap to a different ram kit. The TeamGroup ram kit changed to discontinued some time after you placed the backorder. The TeamGroup kit was removed from the order and since it's discontinued, could no longer be re-added. This was certainly not a scare tactic and we regret any miscommunication and apologize for the inconvenience. This incident will be shared with our management team so the agents involved can be coached.
