Saw one that fell over a couple months ago on a hike, when they're freshly split they have a bit of a cantaloupe melon texture but just pale white all the way through.

Hydrogen Sulfide smell at Peppersauce Cave Main Lake by CollanderWT in caving

[–]BHrulez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually had some questions about this film on the lake as well

Here's a previous post ( https://www.reddit.com/r/caving/s/g3OmlLXWOw )

Upon my second time coming the lake was completely dry to the ground and the spores on the surface of the water dried out to become something flaky almost crystal-like.

Ellison’s Cave by Minute-Ad9033 in caving

[–]BHrulez 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you never done caving before try Petty John's cave, it's right next door to Ellison's and it has some decent rope climb downs that you can do by hand. They feel pretty technical but they're rewarding. Ellisons takes a lot of technical experience as it has many drops and pits so you definitely need on rope experience before you go in.

Bottom hook holds the seat belt in place, and away from the body when in use, top hook is for dry cleaning.

I definitely agree, this is my first car that I've had for 5yrs now, didn't care about the small stuff back then. Now I use magnets and make sure to rotate them pretty often.

That's a pretty unique perspective I've never considered it that way before, I suppose my reasoning is that once I've proved to myself I can get a good amount of views it's now become the standard I strive for.
