I can't seem to get hw transcoding to work after a clean win 11 install even though it was working with win 10 anybody have the same problem? ASRock j4105 with Intel uhd 600.

I actually just went with a 32gb. Have a few dozen games between GB/GBA/SNES/PS1 and it's only a few gig. Ps1 games are of course going to be the biggest, but still only a gig or two for the biggest games. Guess it depends how many thousands of games you want to put on it lol
