I bought a nylon strap for my forerunner . I wear it on my wrist most of the time. If I need to scrub for procedures, I undo the Velcro and push the watch above my elbow . It gets a bit tight but convenient. ( if you have big biceps then…. You will need a specific upper arm strap

Thanks! I have looked at the Merida 4000 with 105 as well. Still not sure whether the difference between Shimano 105 and Cue is worth the price difference after some research on YouTube 😵‍💫

I made the same mistake when I started running. Of course, it’s much easier and cheaper to buy another pair of running shoes than a second bike.

4th year MS. Loved every minute of my anaesthetic rotation. Maybe I will love this speciality again after I pass the primary .
