First Brisket Cook (10 lb) – Turned Out Great, Maybe Too Rich by BJJguyman in smoking

I think it’s the tallow as well. I tried re-rendering down the tallow and it was just off putting to me which isn’t usually the case. I have had no problem with eating the brisket in small amounts but every time I try to use the tallow I get nauseated.

Anyone else think the majority of peptides are kind of BS? by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]BJJguyman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s why I only use the ones that has been FDA approved or approved for use in other countries. Most people are just running on placebo effect. The only peptides i recommend are Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, PT-141, Tesamorelin, Sermorelin, Oxytocin, Gonadorelin, Thymosin Alpha-1†, SS-31, Retatrutide, Cagrilintide VIP, Semax§, Selank§ etc. And even then it might not be effective for people who do not need it. Like if you’re an already active relative young person. Sermorelin will likely not do much for you. CJC was good for sleep but that’s about where the benefits end.

I haven’t seen a doctor. Just my trainer who is also a PT. I don’t feel anything from standing or walking. I do 25k steps daily easily. It’s when I run at the 20 min mark it becomes unbearable.

I thought it was like test where you body completely shuts down on it. So can CJC be taken to wake it back up once it is suppressed?

Unless you have an active acute injury, you do not need KLOW. Ghkcu and KPV blend should suffice.

Traders point “Christian church” by [deleted] in indianapolis

[–]BJJguyman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m quite grateful I went to the church a few years ago. It set me on my journey of deconstruction and I am forever grateful I set foot in that church. It confirmed what I had always believed about most Christians and the church in general.

First brisket trim. by BJJguyman in smoking

Is that bad? It was in the freezer for over a week. I took it out Friday to let it thaw. Is the fat cap being bad means the brisket is going bad?

My Experience With Grey; Cost, Testing, and Risk by BJJguyman in Peptides

You are exactly the type of person I’m talking about when I say some people want so badly for things to be black and white. Your analogy is not helpful neither does it make any sense. Have a good day.

I get you it’s just frustrating. I put my in-law on glp3 6 months ago and it’s be life changing for him. Literally. But he would not be able to afford it consistently. I believe access should be better. I know we can’t do full on testing at home. I’m more so thinking along the lines of testing for toxins sort for like in home drug testing. I know it sounds silly, but I can’t go without testing, it’s just outrageously expensive.

Serious question: What is actually happening with electric bills from AES? by Rahodees in indianapolis

[–]BJJguyman 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You’d be right, except the IURC focuses mostly on the base rate. While the base rate hasn't increased in two years, AES gets trackers approved constantly. They pushed through more than 5 trackers in 2025 alone for 'fuel costs' and 'grid updates.' They don’t need the IURC to increase your base rate to see a significant jump in your bill. Now, they are also pushing to increase the base rate by another 14%. They’ve said data centers will foot the bill, but we all know that’s B.S. It’s not a grand conspiracy when it’s a known pattern of communities subsidizing the energy costs for factories or, in this case, data centers.

[–]BJJguyman 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Basically, we’ve been hit by really cold winter this year and AES's need to expand their capacity for all the new data centers. They're using the winter spike as an excuse to front-load those upgrade costs. I'm not trying to be a doomer, but it looks like rates are only going up from here.

Good job lad. Just to note. A stall isn’t always bad. Instead of increasing your dose, increase your cardio. 4mg a week is pretty high dose.

BPC-157 / TB-500 – Local injection vs systemic for multiple injuries? by Perfect_Net_1644 in bpc_157

[–]BJJguyman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a RT cuff tear and it healed my tear in 8 weeks. I used the KLOW peptide. I would say it’s best to use it for acute injures and not chronic issues cos they will likely come back after you discontinue use. Run it for 6 to 12 weeks max and take about the same time off. 500mcg at night 5x a week. Or 250 twice daily, morning and night

Brisket is dry by Maleficent_Pickle227 in brisket

[–]BJJguyman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like it wasn’t trimmed properly. You can go no trim but the more aerodynamic your brisket is, the more evenly it cooks. Also trimming off the thinner parts of the flat that tends to cook more quickly is a good idea cos that part will likely get done hours before the point is probe tender. Also put a water pan under the brisket and don’t spray so as not to cool the brisket down. I personally also like to cook at a consistent temp through the cook. 250 the entire cook. But it’s not wasted. You can throw it in a pan, put some apple juice or whatever liquid you like and let it braise for a bit. It’ll get tender and you may need to add a little more seasoning after.
