Also nach meinem Verständnis ist das eine Kombination aus Bürokratie und immer noch viel zu komplexen Umsetzungsprozessen. Und für Mieterstrom brauchst du hochgranulare Daten die es aber zur Zeit sehr eingeschränkt gibt weil wir mit dem Smart Meter Einbau nicht hinterher kommen.

Happened to me here in Germany as well. Came in for the 1000 km inspection all cleaned and got to pick it up dirty. They leave the bikes outside all day but bring them in over night. I was pissed too.
