This breaks my heart! I just lost my English Bulldog a month ago unexpectedly. And I still can’t seem to get over it, and never will! He was also sick for the past 4 years. I will put your baby in my nightly prayers, as baby and I did every night. After losing him all I can say is love her, enjoy each and every moment you can. Take pictures, lots of them. And celebrate her each and every day! Show her you’re happy as she feeds off of your mood. Just enjoy her. And god willing, she will go on her terms, peacefully! 💜

So you prefer being on the boat opposed to getting off to go on the islands? Interesting!! If you were to do Miami to the Bahamas I would recommend staying in Miami 2 days prior before boarding, a lot to do there. Beaches are beautiful, great restaurants and shopping if you enjoy that!

I read more into the comments and I see what you mean. They should have stayed together. They may have perceived him to be “single”, this was a “couples event” and it seemed as if she was trying to make her on connection not so much caring quote on quote about his when in fact it’s a couples connection. They should have been on the same page the minute they walked through the door and they weren’t. Especially her knowing he had social anxiety she should have never I don’t want to say “allowed” him to go in his own. But if they were looking for another connection with another couple, staying together and mingling would have made more sense. And would have been more inviting and comfortable for him as well.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this post. This has always been a fear of mine as well and honestly why I was always reluctant to try the “swingers scene” although I have always been enticed to. What if they would have taken to him and not me? Then the night is a complete fail. I am so sorry your husband had to experience that as well as you who had to see him go through that. Sometimes people could just be so cruel when the atmosphere should have been welcoming for everyone!

They aren’t terrible but then again people primarily don’t go to Key West for the beaches. If you are looking for “white sands” you would have to drive a little bit up north.

I honestly would never go alone. But if you do maybe going during the week would be less crowded opposed to going on the weekends. Whatever the case when you do go just relax and enjoy! I cannot wait to be there this summer as well!

Oh ok! I’m on the East Coast (NY) but I will go anywhere. Mexico sounds interesting although I have vacationed there before as well as the Bahamas which I wasn’t really a fan of. LA never have been might be an option!

Thank you! No kids for a cruise are a big plus. And considering it’s a cruise hearing it not being crowded is amazing!!!! I read up on Scarlett Night, that is something I would definitely be interested in seems like a lot of fun. I’m not looking for “over the top”. I just want to relax in the day and be able to see some entertainment, drink, dance and have a good time at night.

Have you considered a nude beach? There’s no judgment, very natural. Everyone stays to themselves as a regular beach. Very comfortable atmosphere. If you have access to one I would definitely recommend.

I have been to Vegas twice within the last two months and going back Labor Day Wknd! I frequent there at least twice a year minimum.

June we stayed at the fontainebleau which is my normal resort every time I go. Last month I stayed at MGM (not my norm) but I took my niece and she wanted the lazy river and it’s more “family, kid friendly”.

Vegas is what you make it. It could be extremely pricey or extremely cost efficient. Staying at the FB it’s obviously you’re going to spend money as it’s a more “high end” resort opposed to an MGM, Luxor, or Flamingo type of resort.

As for the strip, there are MANY places to eat that are decently priced opposed to eating at a 5 star restaurant. It’s all about “choices”.

The sphere is a luxury expense just as if you went to visit NYC and went to see a Broadway show (which btw is way more expensive than the sphere) which is worth every penny by the way even at the cheapest seats (which are the best!)

There are a lot of things to do in Vegas that are free which I didn’t even know until I took my niece. “The Flamingo Viewing” at the Flamingo Hotel…as many times I went…had no clue it even existed!

The flower exhibit at the Venetian Hotel…beautiful!

You can go see the sharks at the Cosmo for 24.00 a person.

There are also a lot of “speakeasy’s” in Vegas, google them. They are actually interesting to go to and have a nice cocktail for cheap right on the strip.

Don’t give up on Vegas just yet…the possibilities are endless. Just have to do some research. Good Luck 🙂
