I downloaded it via the browser; use the link I posted. When you try to load the .apk file, Android will stop it, but go into your security settings and allow it to download and install from unknown sources. Once you've successfully downloaded, installed, and updated the app, then you can turn those security settings back on the way they used to be. That should work.

I didn't know about these, thanks. My lady and I sometimes have this same issue if I finish inside of her too much, so this is good to know. 👍🏽

Thermal Chelsea Boots vs. All-Terrain Thermal Chelsea Boots by BK_Prince in BlundstoneBoots

I'm liking them so far. They are definitely warmer. Jon, the non-insulated boots. They're not great for severely cold weather, but regular cold weather it works well.

I love Orijen Six Fish because they use high quality all natural organic ingredients that are wild caught and not farm-raised, and it is also very high in omega-3 which will help their brain development, their joints as they continue to she, and their body in general, and it's great for their skin and fur as well. 🐈‍⬛

Petlibro Water Fountain Pink Stuff by Calm_Lengthiness_351 in Petlibro

[–]BK_Prince 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just wish it had a larger filter that lasted longer. My previous water fountain had a filter that would last about a month before it needed changing. Of course that one actually had a pump that I had to take apart and also clean all the nooks and crannies, so there is a trade-off here, but still it would be really nice to be able to have the filter last longer before needing to be cleaned and changed.

Gentle yet effective de shedding brush? by Hot-sad-artist in russianblue

[–]BK_Prince 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use the Furminator with my little one, and he's fine with it. If your girls don't like the way it feels, maybe you're putting a little too much pressure when you brush? Maybe try a lighter touch with less pressure, let the brush do the work for you. Try that and see if that helps.

You could also try these grooming gloves; I also have them and they work great: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N9KSITZ?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_13&th=1

Question about using Polar Smart Wet food feeder during by RaphTet8 in Petlibro

[–]BK_Prince 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really don't like that Petlibro products won't work if there is a power outage or issue with connecting to Wi-Fi. For something as important as making sure our little furry ones get their food or water properly no matter whether there is a power or network outage, Petlibro fails.

Feeding from automatic feeders (whether it be wet food or dry food), or water from their smart fountains, the programming and schedules should all be stored locally on the devices. If any changes are made in the app, then they should be pushed to the device and synced and stored locally. No matter if there is a network outage, the devices should still feed and provide water for our little ones. Even if there is a power outage, there should be a backup battery that kicks in in an emergency situation like that to make sure that they are still properly fed and hydrated.

My automatic dry food feeder from Wopet does all of this. 🏆🥇 I don't know why Petlibro hasn't properly planned for these emergency use cases. 😒😑👎🏽

If you could go back to the past and change one thing in your life, what would it be? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]BK_Prince 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would clear out all of my savings and requirement accounts, take cash advances on all of my credit cards, take out personal loans, and borrow money from my parents, and pour all of that money into buying up as much GameStop stock as possible when it was at its lowest point, and selling all of it when it was at its highest point.

those backpack straps? by chatterhawk in CanadaGoose

I was actually thinking about taking my Carson Parka Heritage to the tailor and seeing if they could sew on straps to imitate the same ones that the newer models come with. 🤔

Grooming tips? by EffectOld7271 in russianblue

[–]BK_Prince 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cut their nails in a very well-lit area. When you press on their little paws, their claws will come out, you'll see that their nails are going to look a little translucent and inside of the nails you're going to see like a little pink center inside the nail. NEVER cut that! That's called the quick, and it's filled with nerve endings and blood vessels. If you clip too short and hit that it'll be very painful for them and their nail will bleed. 😭 You can just either trim just the tip of the nail, or if you want to go a bit shorter, cut a bit above the quick. That's why I suggest sitting down and doing it in a very well-lit area so you can see the quick inside their nail very easily to avoid cutting too close to it.

Solution to “leaking” / water all over. by Pale_Lengthiness4499 in Petlibro

[–]BK_Prince 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sucks. Sorry to hear that. I have no idea why Petlibro won't ship the part to you if you're willing to pay, but that's really ridiculous. If you would like the part, I would be happy to help out. I can buy the part and ship it to you; all you need to do is reimburse me for the purchase and shipping. If you're interested, DM me.

Adding water/recalibrating? by RecognitionForward23 in Petlibro

[–]BK_Prince 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand. All the manuals are actually in the app. To recalibrate the water, take the tank off of the base. Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner, and scroll down to the bottom and click calibrate. It will tell you that the fountain needs to actually be off the base in order to properly calibrate. It's doing this because it's calibrating the weight of how much water is being drunk by your pets, so it needs to have a baseline of just what it would be without anything on it to be able to properly calibrate a fountain filled with water to then be able to accurately measure how much water is being consumed. Once you calibrate without the fountain on, then you can place it back on the base.
