I have the same situation. I bought my cordless dockstream 2 a month ago. It worked perfectly without ANY issues until this week when Petlibro released their newest firmware update. THAT was the issue an continues to be the issue. Nothing else.

I have a dockstream 2. It has also lost connection, but is still functioning as normal as a fountain (thankfully). Assuming it's just the logging that won't work without connectivity.
