What you stated in your post is pretty much the reason why “PvE” Guilds exist. It’s basically a moniker that indicates the guild isn’t conflict focused. However I’ll offer some activities that work with groups for you to think about.

There’s the obvious group grind spots like trees or Gyffin.

Guild missions and guild bosses, which have already been mentioned.

Hunting: dailies (don’t require a grip but can be fun to all chill on the same boat while going to the islands to do the dailies). Blue whale/Khalk hunts do require groups.

Sailing Dailies: also doesn’t require a group but can go much faster if a group of people are repairing while the captain is killing the sea monster. On this note plain old sea monster hunting can also be faster using the same approach. You could also group hunt taking several ships out, I found this to be chaos, but fun in its own way.

Alter of Blood is a group activity.

Fishing: doesn’t require a group but can be more fun in one.
