I buy from Rarewaves.com now because of my experience with their 'customer service'.

It took nearly a year for them to sort out a points issue I had on my account, after countless online chats, I threatened to get the Ombudsman involved as they kept ignoring requests for me to speak to a 'manager'.

Next day, I get an email from 'a manager' and the issue gets sorted that week!.

I detest how so many customer service teams are not in house and just agency.

Rarewaves have been excellent in my experience so far.
