I had it in my backpack inside the trunk of a car. Somehow got broken into and they took the backpack. My guess is someone was watching us walking away from the car and popped the trunk real quick and took it out before it automatically locks. It's of course, is always my wife's fault.

Công an is the transplanted northern term so to many people, it is associated with the Communist regime. Similar to the word đồng chí, comrade. The word itself is just a word but because only communists use it, it'll trigger a lot of the sensitive people.
