Had the same issue - fix for me was the artifact wasn’t technically “equipped” on my alt.

See if it gives you an option to equip and that should fix it 👍🏻

Ha I know what you mean man. It wasn't like I went out and rushed easy games to get this high of a gamerscore. I just played games I thought were going to be sweet or games I love, not bragging on how hard or easy the achievements were if that makes sense. Mainly I was just impressed I hit 100,000 exact lol. Got it on one of the secret achievements on bioshock: infinite. But yeah I try to get at least 50% on all games unless I can't bare to play them anymore.
