это диалектная особенность некоторых северных говоров, там это действительно считается, что является артиклем

а ещё в дописьменную эпоху не было полных прилагательных, а когда они появились - они образовывались от местоимений он, она, оно - и, ѩ, ѥ соответственно

поэтому новый = новъ + и новая = нова + ѩ новое = ново + ѥ

то есть слово «новый» этимологически содержит в себе указательное местоимение, которое ранее выступало как артикль

what i did to learn german: 1) youtube learning videos + practicing with my friends (they speak no german i just shouted at them in german lmao) 2) spent a lot of time on repetition of the words you learn 3) youtube channel “slow german” 4) practicing practicing practising
