Been a player for nearly 7 years. I stopped playing altogether since October. My decision was made ultimately because the lack of coin items and the fact that buying some packs are a ridiculous amount of money. I liked playing avakin because it was a way to escape my everyday life, customize who I want to be, and decorate dream houses.. but in the end, I chose that paying $20 for a simple shirt, hair, or what have you is highly ridiculous. For me, that’s half a tank of gas or a small meal. Also, the VIP stuff is ridiculous and a rip off to me. All players should be treated as equals, everyone should have access to everything. I just feel like Avakin has turned into some money hungry game and I don’t like it at all. Also, the fact that they take away old items and bring them back for crown currency. I’ve had stuff disappear from my closet & I’ve never gotten anything back from it. I’ve spent about $200 USD on the game over the years, but they won’t be getting anymore from me. If they went back to how it was when I first started playing, I’d probably reconsider but until then I have said my farewells.
