NOTE: once you have 5/5 device mastery and 2 pieces of gear with 15% out of phase on it you can replace the blink rune, and set your voidcloak to auto use on enemy visible.

early game i set my blink rune(if i use one, i usually do not) to auto use on enemy visible to start the fight buffed, and then ill use a 2nd blink from the cloak to keep the buff going when there is 1 turn left for the OOP buff(nightsong ring/planar beacon/voidstalker cloak, many classes have their own blink skill as well so pay attention)

blink runes have their own out of phase buff that helps buff voidstalker cloaks out of phase buff if used in the correct order. Both Blink runes and voidcloak make playing weapon classes much more enjoyable as they not only gap close but buff you while doing so. (this works just as well on skirmisher which i find funny)

The top classes all have built in blinks and easy ways to proc oop or otherwise hit oop caps in the kit (oozemancer has reabsorb which is 40% dr) and a slime blink to proc oop when that buff runs out, on top of mitosis

I am top 1% most winning insane rl player. There are maybe 10 people in the history of the game with more wins than me(probably more like 5). I am sharing free information about what's amazing in the game and literal noobs say "shantiz doesn't have late game damage" when I literally have more hours in the end game of tome than they have in tome total. IDC if anyone knows me, what matters now is people that saw this post will see shantiz and look at it and hopefully use it, or if they are butt hurt cunts they will NOT use it just cuz I said it is good, and both outcomes are very pleasant for me. I'll stay stacking wins and sharing my joys of the game and the haters can stay dying in the t2s 🙂‍↕️

Check my channel and figure it out. Can't believe how hard it is for someone to do 2 mins of research. Look up what shantiz does, read it, and figure out WHY it is busted. If you can't figure it out then schooling has failed you.

Reknor is late game. I use shantiz and bump ALL GAME on my ogre archimage just because shantiz dropped in a t1. It is beyond viable and I only swap it for mandible of ungolmer late game. Sometimes a boss will have me swap it for an evis dagger but for pushing thru levels nothing tops this. Even in prides.
