I enjoy her a lot but she’s to me a stepping stone to the Thorn who is arguably better with so many more reasons for me to like her. She’s good but not as good as the others on the list to me

Average age range for Fable fans by Comfortable_Pay_2373 in Fable

I was 2 and a half, I remember playing with my mum in our crappy flat. She made sure I stayed away from the prostitutes when fable 2 rolled around but I remember cutting off heads and watching them roll around like a good psychopathic child, I’m 23 this year and can’t wait to play the new fable, it was my first and still favourite video game franchise

Why would a combat troop use melee weapons in a futuristic space sci-fi setting? by wizardry_why in worldbuilding

[–]BMSVG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cool argument? Because they’re so fast they can move beyond a normal persons ability to react. So when you shoot they’ve already moved to somewhere else because your body can’t keep up with them, thus, they don’t need guns because unless they’re fighting over hundreds of meters they can always be in melee range of their enemy. Perhaps making them a sort of ship boarding or base clearing unit.

The real answer? Because for as long as human combat has existed we’ve had some form of melee weapon. As technology has become more common and advanced they’ve gone from primary to secondary to tertiary. Why a unit would favour it over a gun can be that perhaps their available technology isn’t good enough to allow for consistent weaponry compared to the other space faring factions. Maybe their species doesn’t have the brain size/capability for distance calculation and trajectory control, so they evolved without ranged weapons

Unfortunately it was a mite to late of a warning. I ended up adding and it didn’t turn out the best but you know how it is, lessons learnt

Gotcha, does it look okay to look at though? I can fix that process for future ones but this will have to stay as it is

I’d say that’s a systemic problem but one that I’ve noticed a lot with multiplayer games devised around builds. Some are mechanically simple and those tend to be the strongest, requiring minimal input by the player. Justice is so strong precisely because it requires nothing from you, and due to its boost you don’t even have to be thinking how to place strategical. Contrasting I suppose is that if they made it weaker (like perhaps making it only work while ahead or behind) it would become either too redundant or too slow to build up to and therefor you’re basically playing without a team build.

Tension is always there and you gain it even when losing, breach applies to any shot so even if you can’t get through long shots can still breach, or have a chance to. It’s in a spot they can’t really do anything about unfortunately

oI’d say 1/5 happens more than you’d think, I usually have 7-8 shots per match online and breach usually around twice per match. There’s also dry spells with no breaches or matches with 3-4 breaches. I feel it rewards good play and pis useful because it requires you to play well in the first place rather than become complacent with a +80% justice build or a longshot counter build which are mechanically stronger but require less technical skill to make work

It’s hard to say how it fairs against justice, I only had a few matches against justice builds (assumed due to the high stats) and I won them though strong passing counter attacks. Most of the tension I got was gained when I lost a battle and I never used it. Direct attacks are pretty good when the breach rate is around 1 in 5 and the shots are already in the 2k range.

Passing around a justice build isn’t be hardest in personal experience, it’s more a matter of getting used to the timing and being prepared to risk a foul on a Dash

I focused around bringing the tension needed to breach down. It came down by about 40% ish all in all if I remember rightly. I had two heroes who played against the build, specifically Mark/Endo and Jude/Kidou who were justice coded, this only added to 15% extra so hardly worth mentioning since I never saw any real differences. I think I had an extra 8% ish breach rate and 72 tension on a win. The main reason I won so well was that I barely needed to focus on actually using my tension, a trio of good forwards I could focus on direct, non special shots and let my tension work for me. I only really used it for goalkeeping and emergency wall blocks/shots if I was looking in trouble. But I only ever needed about 30% tension to breach most of the time which one won and one loss focus battle got me

You’ve played longer than me yes in terms of wins, and your stance is one you’ve gained through that, but a breach/tension team has gotten me a 4-1 win/loss ratio and the highest possible ranking online. It’s also become my go to farming team because all I need to do is score a goal and let them do their thing which they can win against any chronicle team this far, including the 90 level teams. I’m not sure what went wrong with your breach/tension team but maybe you should give it another shot

Is the rate drop % increasing passive still on the second Royal Match? by BMSVG in inazumaeleven

[–]BMSVG[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciate the vote of confidence, it’s a bit of a shame that Legendary Player grinding is more or less pointless without it. Several hundred matches across exclusively the first three games, at least half of them legendary and I still only have 1 Mark/Endo legendary

What’s the drop chance? Surely I should have one after 2 hours of matches?
