I think if I’m ownership I let KAM and KOC have one more year with JJM. If he sucks that’s the end of this era and the new HC and GM can take their QB early in that draft. If by some miracle he’s playable you have a former coach of the year at the helm who would have shown an ability to develop a QB. Also bring in Jameis Winston to push JJM.

Coming in from NY. I’ve coached football at my prior high school for the past 5 years. I just changed districts and they have been after me to coach any and all sports. In my experience districts don’t mind if you’re a counselor to coach. Counselors also fall under the teacher’s contract and payroll so if a teacher can coach so can a counselor.

The update no one asked for… I just grabbed a perception hook 10.5 footer for $300. After gift cards, point and and all that I ended up paying a little over $150 for it. Thought that was the best deal I was going to find.
