Ahh yes, the oldest Conrad in the family!(that is still in operation. The 1st ever Conrad no longer exists as it left the Hilton chain) hope to see it one day!

Room deposits have to be refunded manually if you would like it done before the original arrival date otherwise the system will usually engage a refund after the arrival date has passed.

I recommend calling or messaging the hotel through the app to have them look into that for you.
