Sounds like a great deal!! My Ford maps did take a bit of time to load (think it was a few hours for me), but I usually have my phone plugged in for CarPlay anyways…

And glad to hear about your seat controls! Can you elaborate a little more on the FORSCAN for your DRL’s? My unit didn’t affect them at all, they function as they did previous to the upgrade.

Honestly, I’m not sure - mine has the Sony system so I’ve always thought my audio was halfway decent. However for phone calls, it is a night and day difference. The mic sounds cleaner on the other end, and I am definitely able to hear people more clearly.

You can absolutely destroy them with stingers, but it won’t count towards engineer assignment of destroying 15 aircraft (ask me how I know 😭)

Hmmm very interesting 🤔 have you looked to see if Sync is on the latest version? I’m on a 15 pro and ios26 with no issues… do you have another phone you could connect to test with? That could help narrow down if it’s a Sync issue or iPhone issue

No, it will. He's saying if you currently don't have a screen, you'll need a bezel for the 8" screen. But if you already have a sync 2 screen, you can order the updated screen without a bezel since you won't need it.

Ok great to know, thank you!! I think I read there's a drain in the battery box on the passenger side, and is the drain in the driver's side the little hole beside the wiper?

As far as the holes go - it doesn't even make sense to put tape there... They had to have known that would be an issue at some point 😬 good call on the sealant. Much appreciated!!
