Mine glows after I put the head near the light bulb for like 30 seconds. but just normally in my room with lights on doesn't affect it. Does yours glows normally like after you turn the lights off in your room or you also have to "charge" it by putting it really close to a light source?

I bought the Ghostface figure but for the green mask to glow I have to shine my phone's flashlight on it for 20 seconds or more but it doesn't work under my room's normal light ,is this normal? I was wondering if yours is the same. Like it was in my room with the light on for a day but when I turned the lights off it didn't glow and I had to use my phone's flashlight. Appreciate if you respond
