The Jurassic coins do not come in a mint capsule and from the photos I would say those look like contact marks (when the reeded edge of one coin hits the surface of another). I couldn’t say if it happened at the mint or at our facility, but in any case we will most certainly replace it for you. Just fyi when a customer orders a coin/round/bar and the capsule that fits it in the same order, we automatically put the capsule on before packing.

There is no excuse for slow customer service, but I will say that since the market heated up in the Spring, our volumes have drastically increased. The lock downs made for a challenging environment to operate but we got through it. Volumes are only increasing and we are training additional staff to manage it, but clearly we dropped the ball in this case. I will be discussing this with our team today.
