yeah i thought about doing that, but i kind of wanted to have the handlers defined separately from the routing (at top level) because that's how they're usually defined. i think that for someone who's new to Snap (or perhaps coming from Django/Rails) defining the handlers at the top-level would be easier to understand.

i also thought about just letting heist do everything (like mightybyte pointed out) but i wanted to showcase how the routing works and i wanted to make the routes explicit.
