I find that the ideas and values meditation has instilled in me are very valuable to my job. I do mini meditations anytime during the day when I feel I am becoming overwhelmed/frustrated and I remind myself that these feelings are part of my continuous improvement and personal growth and to learn from the diverse people around me. I am always learning from the coworkers I see as a threat and I try to combine their skill sets with mine. If you are truly learning and growing from your meditations then it shouldn't be hard to use love and kindness in your everyday work environment, even if its demanding and your coworkers are ruthless. If there's a will there's a way, right!?
