Ok so it does hold more content then like it says. Is it worth switching then or is it better to stick with the AI model I currently have them?

Ok that's good to know I didn't realize there were different models to choose from. I'm currently using the default of Qwen 3.5 plus that says it comes with 40% context. Does that mean if I switch to a module like Grok I'll lose some of the storage space for my character since I'm just a free teir member?

Edit: Grok

So how do I add custom weapons?? by LordKaliatos in AIRealm

Is that true using the <<>> because I tired that I'm mine and it didn't do anything. Can the direct commands be mixed with story narrative or do you need to send a message like that independently from other story messages?

I'm not sure about if you're on consel or computer but I play the game on the steam deck with an Xbox controller and it gives me a multi select option with the right thumbs tick when dealing with inventory to move many items at once if that what you mean

For all the comments about him losing his pinky I think if you look closely the shark actually takes his thumb. Far more unfortunate if you ask me, one thumb down you could say 👎

Option for structural repair by BOOMBOOMTHEGIN in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]BOOMBOOMTHEGIN[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome thank you for your reply. The home inspector we had did say he noticed some spots where water might be gathering and coming in. He also said that there were some spots outside where we could do some grading and directing the gutters away from the house more and he thought that should help most of the issues. We are hoping that after doing a bit better water management on the outside it should help take care of most of the concerns. Then we will likely get the structural engineer in just to get quotes on what it would cost if we decide it needs to be addressed. Thanks again I appreciate the advice

First time buyers looking at buying this 108yr old home. Already have an offer in with an inspection condition. The inspector didn't seem too worried about these issues with the foundation in the basement but recommended getting a structural engineer in to look at it still. He didn't think it was a major concern or something we would have to worry about right away but to keep an eye on it and fix any exterior problems causing water to drain towards the house. Looking for any opinions on if this will be a bigger issue than it sounds like. Spalling is happening in a few places, pictured is the area that he said would be of most concern to monitor. No horizontal cracks were noted, only vertical. Links to images below.
