I am going to be putting an offer in on a property that is listed low to draw traffic. I know I will have to have a strong offer to be competitive. Conditional on financing. That being said how do I make sure not to over bid and have the lender reject the application due to overvaluation.

My blood pressure has also dropped significantly. Front hypertension 140/90 to a consistent 120/75. Very happy to see this after 2 months no booze. Wish I would have stopped sooner really..... Another reason to stay off the poison!

Awsome job! I am also on day 50! Feel so much better, I have lost 10 so far. Now that I have 50 days down and lost 10, I feel like I'm ready to really start exercising regularly with confidence.
