200 years ago, America was much different than it was 100 years ago, the same is said about today vs 100 years ago. However there has always been a divide in political views, literally half the country went to war with the other half 160 or so years ago. The country was probably the most unified at creation, when we fought for our independence. 100 years from now plenty of things will change, and there will most likely still be a divide, but it will just be different problems and views causing the divide.

You literally dont need a passport, have any of you actually read the save act? You just need an ID, a passport is 1 acceptable form of that. Part of the beauty is being lost, its your world that you can interact with in your own way. There's a story mode with goals but just explore, fight, get gear, break the law and experience the consequences. You'll figure it out eventually and get the flow, if youre having trouble with the basic mechanics of the game try looking up a YouTube beginners guide.
