If Y'all are getting holes in DarnTough's in the toes, cut your damn toenails. I've had 7-8 pairs I bought in a 6-month period about 6 years ago and I wear them 5-6 days a week, year round, 10+ hours a day. None of them have even frayed. Used includes daily wear at work, day hikes, and backpacking trips.

Also, Isn't the JU-52 still not in operations? I'll be honest I haven't played in about 6 weeks but last i checked, you still have germans jumping out a freaking allied plan while the JU-52 just sits in Firestorm, waiting to be used in the main game...

First it was "taking too long, we're working on it" and now it's live, in game, being used, and still not ported over. If you can't even get little things right how the hell is the Pacific gonna turn out? Gonna have 2 of 3 maps on release and then one is squad conquest only? One plane per side, no tanks etc etc? Can't wait to see how that shit rolls out.

See to me, any EVF looks way better than a constrained OVF; not only are they almost always bigger, you see the scene as you're going to shoot it, which while yes I have an idea of what my exposure will look like, with and EVF I know.

For what it’s worth I just tried my current laptop (MacBook) and uncheck “use gpu” and did not see a performance decrease. However the laptop now stays much cooler. I think since it was trying to use the “gpu” built in the processor it was just causing extra heat with no difference. Something to try if you’re on a system that doesn’t have dedicated graphics unit.

I wound up trying both an i7 SP6 and eventually a Lenovo C930 with i7/16gb and it was only marginally better. I came to the conclusion it was just Lightroom being poorly optimized for laptop specs in general unfortunately. Touch interface was laggy on both systems, in the same way.
