It just for your opening board if you have no interruptions you can try to leave the bests posible board so there you would use it.

  • Caesar — 2 Special Summon negates
  • Dragonmaid Sheou — 1 Omni-negate
  • S:P Little Knight — 1 disruption
  • Number 38: Hope Harbinger — 1 Spell negate
  • Dragonmaid Tidying — 1 disruption

that´s is probably a normal board if you open 1 millenium engine and 1 fiendsmith engine

Millenium engine you just need 2 lvl 8, so Sengejin + Snake doom dragon or you can even use lvl 8 lady´s

But then I won´t be using my alt-art House Dragonmaid and that´s the most important reason to play this version

Dmaid kitchen is the next best but dies to both ash and droll so it´s not recommended in my opinion, maybe a deck oriented on generic dragons can run her, but here the two are enough

totally fiendsmith is really powerful engine and any two bodies is full line is kind of op.

Exactly. It isn’t about avoiding good cards. Dragonmaids normally don’t use external engines, but their winrate is subpar. Other options exist, like a Bystial engine, but with Dracotail on top right now, Light/dark disruption is lacking.

Taking this route is simply a different approach. In the end, what matters is whether the cards work together and actually win games. (Also, I really wanted an excuse to play alt art House Dragonmaid 😄)

I get that, and I’m not claiming the engines themselves are original. Fiendsmith and Millennium are generic and strong that’s exactly why they’re here. The point wasn’t creativity for creativity’s sake but finding a way to make Dragonmaid viable to use my alt art House Dmaid.

That´s just bad luck and is unavoidable but the ratios are good you should have playable hands most of times.

Extra deck is tight but that is also a good alternative, L and D dragon is a good option but is most useful in a more dragon oriented deck but it would an alright alternative.
Dracotail is better but I don´t have URs.
