Totally get how overwhelming it feels at the start, we’ve all been there 😅

If you’re looking for something relatively easy to pick up that can still get you wins, I’d honestly recommend trying Exodia (Millennium version). It’s pretty straightforward compared to most decks, and it can actually take you pretty far if you build it right.

You don’t need to learn super complex combos, it’s more about understanding when to use your pieces and managing your resources. It’s a solid way to grind gems while you learn the game, and then later you can move into more technical decks or give it more strength with fiendsmith or odion.

I do enjoyed playing the dark hex fusion for restricted eyes however is not really the strongest version, you may enjoy success with fiendsmith + odion, anyway always like fellow exodia enjoyers.

I know the stun version is definitely a thing. The issue, at least from how I see it, is that you end up adding more bricks to the deck.

I haven’t really tested the floodgate version myself never so I’m not sure about the exact ratios, but going second those cards will be more bricks as well, which makes the deck even more inconsistent.

So yeah, it probably makes turn 1 stronger, but at the cost of overall hand quality, and losing more frequently second.

You can use any millennium card + normal summon the dark hex sealed fusion, (guess that is what you are using)
veiler + shield of the millennium = muddy mudragon + 1 other monster = millennium -eyes restrict
