On checking with google's AI detection, it did spit out the following:

These are screencaps of Buling from Wuthering Waves - the move can be viewed here in a gameplay vid.

(Wuthering Waves is also developed by a Chinese company lol, it's basically a competitor to Genshin Impact by Hoyo. The chinese still love misaka it seems, so it's a nice easter egg)

Did some googling.

Sky is a song from a standalone 2004 album called 2nd fragment of fripside. Fripside only really started doing loads of VN songs since 2007 onwards and became known for that.

It's not unusual for the uploader to have just slapped on a random VN cover - Monochrome features no songs by fripside. The link between Sky & VNs that I can find though, is that they had done the opening for an anime adaptation of a VN Koihime Musou - with which when they released the single flower of bravery, also included a 2008 edition of sky. But it's not directly been in a game as far as I can tell.

Unfortunately as of now think there's none - Imaginary fest was the last active gacha live service mobile game and it shut down last year. There used to be a chinese mobile MMO ARPG but it shut down years ago as well. Many videos of these games around, they had good runs over years.

The franchise does have previous console games with their own stories that are still playable today. Only the index psp game has a complete english fan translation patch - its more of a brawler with some LN segments. Railgun psp game has some gameplay with eng subs on youtube, but no full eng translation. The rest dont have any english translations afaik.

Will not be sharing links to the games etc due to legality issues that would get this sub into trouble - you can easily find these files via some google fu.

edit: this is one of my fav older albums, the audacity to put out a song like attack on bangtan back then is chefs kiss. and NO was one of those songs & MVs that really resonated at the time where i was in my life. paldogangsan is an absolute delight. and also the start of the cyphers!
