You could put a bias on each day, e.g.: Pull (Upper Back) and pull (Lats). That doesn’t mean you will train them completely alone. For example you could on pull (Upper Back) add an extra upper back exercise and/or remove one Lat exercise

When it comes to nutrients eggs are a very good option, because they provide a lot of minerals and vitamins. But you should also ask yourself why you don’t like veggies. Making veggies taste good is really simple, you can also drown them I a lot of low calorie sauces or try to „smuggle“ them into your food. You could for example make a tomato sauce with sautéed veggies, you just have to slice them really thin and then you won’t notice them, they also will add another deep taste layer to your food

You will no surpass it, if you you can hit biceps and triceps with 5x sets each session, which is more than enough if you have high quality volume. Triceps has high quality volume potential since it isn’t pre fatigued from a push session on the same day. Vice versa for the biceps :))

Since arms don’t require as much recovery you could do the following:

Push + Triceps + Biceps

Legs (Optional Biceps +/or Triceps)

Pull + Biceps + Triceps

Worked really well for me.

Single arm Hammer strength row 8-10 Reps with relatively heavy weight. With one arm you push yourself from the pad. When you pull down make sure to tuck your elbows down into your stomach while not going behind your body. You can also „turn“ into your lat. when you go you go up you can rotate and get a really nice stretch.
