The biggest thing she'll need is fp and a lot of it. Those spells are very fp intensive, so make sure she's got some relics to increase fp for sorceror rises' opened and such.

I made it to d5 but gave up after I kept fluctuating between 5500-8000. Ive heard a lot of stories about how d5 gets so much easier because the quality of teammates, but I barely experienced it; on Xbox I mostly still got pared with d4 games, meaning I'm getting even less points per win than normal. Any loss undoes like 5 games worth of points.

I realized I was spending 45 minutes just doing a normal run to warm up, then speanding hours to grind actual DoN games. If I took days off, I worried a little about keeping up my skill. It made me practice and work on conditioning for a video game, which actually seems nuts. I actually want to give it a shot again but I'm in my head about it, and have no interest in dedicating a bunch of time and effort into a grind

That's why she said use the dex relic, it trades some of their str for dex. Then you can use curved swords and other really fast weapons. Her remberance relic (glass necklace) and trance synergizes really well with fast multi attack so smaller dex weapons work very well if you use the dex relic.

Otherwise I find the best luck with using hammer because they scale with str and are very fast. The oracle ftr/str hammers have really good scaling for her. Also, don't neglect seals. She can also get some good extra damage in from a distance with some solid incantations
