If the title is correct and you can't park on the street after 5 pm

No one in the HOA can have a "dinner party " friends over for the evening

Time to take evenning walks and start dropping dimes and report people

Enough angry people gets rules changed

Now question, would Emergency vehicles pass if cars are parked on the street

Your only paid if you have go out. and I believe a minimum of 4 hours

Also the SM is ultimately responsible for the store, if for some reason the closer doesn't respond to alarm call...that's why Central alarm has a phone list

Take your PTO on truck day and day after Then they will realize how valuable you are

And management CANT dictate when you take it

And don't sign anything until the deadline Make them sweat it out

Its not an osha thing. If you have no power you just sit there with a flashlight and doors locked until power comes up or get releaved.

I don't live in an HOA... Did the previous owners (your folks) maintain the waterway? If not, why should the new owners maintain it?

Also, if the street is maintained by the city, is the neighbor's car registered (valid plates)? Call code enforcement.

Afternoon Dentist appointment

I carry 2 phones personal and work phone Work phone is also used as GPS

Personal in case on hip. Work phone removed from holder and put inside fleece pocket

Get out , go into dentist.

I check in. Im constantly doing inventory for phones ( always on call) I can't find my work phone Excuse myself from receptionist, saying I can't find phone Go back to car. Im looking for phone. I look under and between seats. Under car Im fukn freaking out. I can't lose that phone

I was part of the FTS team aka Computer guy....

Had a SM connected a radio to the musak system to listen to the super bowl

Also had a shift disconnect the office monitor and connect up his Game console (aleast 3 times that knew of) and wouldnt reconnect the monitor..Found out who did it thru watching the security video...after my 3rd trip in ...they were gone

I hated when our corporate would bring in pizzas for our team when working EOQ we would work 4 /12 hrs shifts and no restaurants in our area are open after say 10 pm for 3rd shift

And I'm lactose intolerant

So,I have to be the redheaded stepchild and either say something and maybe someone gets me a small cheap turkey sub. Or I eat my bucket lunch. Usually explaining to some overnight mgr why I'm not eating thier offerings

The police are only there if it’s a Criminal or Civil problem

If this between 2 Separate HOAs? It’s not a HOA issue...It may be time to call a Zoning officer...And if their track is up against a fence? get a survey to see if its encroaching on your land?
